How to make money with a blog: the 3 methods that work to create a stable and lasting business

how to make money with a blog

In this article, I will explain everything you have to do (and not do) to make money with a blog, which is to create a content system created specifically to make money online.

make money from your blog

First of all… congratulations!

If you find yourself in this article wondering how to make money with a blog, it means that you have understood that before starting a blog you must understand how to monetize it.

Maybe now you are thinking:

“And God forbid! Before creating content to earn ... I have to understand how to earn ... otherwise, how can I create content to earn ?! ".

You won't believe it, but most Italians haven't understood it! They think the money will come automatically (I'm not kidding).

And instead, you rightly understood that FIRST, you need to understand how to generate profit from a blog, and then create content that is consequent to that strategy.

With this mentality a few years ago (after losing my job, when I was starting my online business) after only 2 months I was earning double my salary ...

… And this with a blog with only 4 articles!

In a very short time I will explain to you the practical methods I used, but first ...

How to make money with a blog: here's what NOT to do

What I'm going to tell you about in this article is for people smart enough to understand that working online is not a game.

Working from home certainly has huge benefits, but it doesn't mean you can turn off your brain. All trick-based money making ideas are unsuccessful.

Here are 2 examples of what I mean by tricks (and in a second you'll find out what's behind ...):

Binary Options:

Let's say it is a pseudo stock market investment. You can double your money or lose everything by betting on a certain trend (for example, the dollar increasing its value against the euro). I can assure you that this "method to make money online" is actually the best technique to quickly lose your savings.

“Safe” methods / Miraculous tactics: guides to get rich with multiple bets on casino bets, games, or systems to predict lotto numbers and extractions Superenalotto, Sisal, etc.

Unfortunately, many people believe these things, invest their money, and consequently lose it.

If you are looking for such things, this article is not for you. If, on the other hand, you want to really understand how to make money with a blog, memorize this fundamental truth:

It is impossible to make easy money online.

And do you know why I talked about betting and binary options?

Because now I'm going to use these "methods" to give you a nice jolt of awareness.

If you still didn't know anything about REAL online earnings, hold on tight, because you are about to fall into the rabbit hole!

Easy money online: the truth about binary options and betting

Making money with binary options and forex has become simple and affordable for everyone!"

Here is the typical phrase of the "good Samaritan", the one who knows exactly how to get rich quickly, effortlessly, and with a few clicks.

These individuals show you videos in which they invest in some trading platforms, and with which they magically earn astronomical figures in a few minutes (without ever being wrong).

Their persuasive play is based on 4 points:

Their "secret" is always a very simple technique to apply: there are several versions online, but the common element to all their techniques is simplicity. It has to be an idiot-proof method of investing that anyone can do

To shoot the videos, they use a demo account: when you invest online you can do it with real money or with a trial version, a bit like a video game. And they use this version! They do their trades on a test account, where no real money is won and (ESPECIALLY) no real money is lost

They only put online videos where their technique works: in this way they seem to be really able to ALWAYS predict the market trend

People invest REAL money: people who follow them are persuaded of the goodness of the method and invest real money on platforms

They earn: I'm not talking about those who invest real money, but the good Samaritans! Every time someone invests, they get a percentage

Not bad this game right?

It is undoubtedly one of the methods to make money online ... too bad it's not what they preach:

They tell you to invest. They show you how to make money by investing your money

Instead, they earn as paid by the platforms on which they convinced you to invest

The same thing is done by those who invite you to join the sites where bets are made or those who ask you to register on the cryptocurrency platforms.

They make money with a method called "affiliate marketing". This method consists of promoting others' services and products using your own blog as a medium.

But wait to demonize the word "affiliations":

This business model is not the problem. Earning with affiliations means taking a percentage by promoting something. It is possible to earn with this method in a completely ethical way: it can be used to promote shoes, musical instruments, software, rakes, books on the meaning of dreams…. everything!

It is one of the methods that Salvatore Aranzulla also uses, which I also use, and which 90% of bloggers and YouTubers in general use.

Note that very soon I'll show you all the details of these affiliations (with clear and concrete examples).

But first, to finish the speech - And since I involved the good Aranzulla - I would like to talk to you about another method that you CANNOT use to monetize a blo
And I have to do it because it is an overrated method, especially by those who have never made serious money with a blog! I'll tell you about "banners" and "promotions" ...

Making money with Adsense / Making money with advertising (DON'T even think about it!)
When someone contacts me for advice, I prefer to talk about the monetization method first. And very often those who start from scratch start talking to me about making money with Adsense or making money with advertising and banners in general.

Most people (especially those of a certain age) believe that banners and sponsors are the "standard" way to monetize a blog.

In 99.9% of cases, I have to categorically exclude this earning technique.

The reason is simple:

Adsense and banners are not suitable for making money with a personal blog.

And I'm not telling you so to speak! Try looking at this article or the pages of my blog in general ...

… Do you think there are some advertising banners around?

NO! I don't use banners.

Now you could argue by telling me: “But Aranzulla uses them”!

Of course, he uses them. He can use them, but because his business model is totally different from mine, and it MUST be totally different from yours.

Because?

Because Aranzulla is a newspaper with hundreds of thousands of daily visitors, with thousands of articles (there are guides on EVERY topic minimally related to technology) and consequently with dozens of columnists.
Which means it would take them 14,000 visits to make a dollar!

But even assuming that 1000 visits are enough to earn one euro, to earn 1000 € a month - which are nothing special, and you will soon realize it - you should have a million visitors a month.

This number of visitors is virtually impossible to reach without using paid traffic.

And the knife in the sore is that you can NEVER use paid traffic and then earn with banners because you would always spend more to generate traffic than what you will earn with traffic.

The reason is very simple, and you just need to concentrate for just a minute to understand it.

There are 3 parties involved:

You, the blogger who makes advertising spaces available
Advertisers, those who want to buy spaces to display their banners
A third party who manages the exchanges (e.g. Google Adsense)
Google pays you to host banners from other advertisers on your blog.

These advertisers obviously pay Google a higher amount than you receive (because there is also their compensation).

In practice, if you earn "x" by making spaces available on your blog, it means that those who buy those spaces will spend more than x.
