Hello everyone this is Saqib Ramzan and now the debate is Why should you use CMS? There are many of the points that can be explained in favor of the CMS. But Moving forward, we will discuss what is a CMS actually is, and what are some of the famous CMS's. So let start with the question What is a CMS?

What is a CMS?

CMS stands for Content Management System and It is used to manage content in a proper manner. It means that it helps you to manage your content in directories just like the one, you have on your phones. With the help of a CMS, you can manage your content like text, images, videos, pdf, docs, and others simply by clicking.

What are some of the famous CMS?

Some of the most common and reliable CMS are given below:

What means to code a Website?

Coding a Website means developing a website by writing the whole code of HTML, CSS, JAVA, and PHP manually by hand. It means developing each page of the website by writing the complex code format.

Why Should You Use CMS:

There are many of the reason, due to which you should use CMS. Some of them are given below:

Fast Uploading of Content:

A CMS allows its users with the fast upload of the content without any time consuming and headache process. You can simply upload an article or news in case of a news website without any time consumption on coding and other purposes. A simple coded website or a plain HTML website page needs a lot of time to code and then publish. In my opinion, the first reason, you should choose a CMS is the saving of time with fast speed for content upload.

Content Organize:

The second important thing that is the basis of every CMS is the management of the content in a proper way. CMS allows you to arrange your content in galleries, folders, and directories. While in the coding of a website, you have to do it your own.

Good SEO Opportunities:

Almost all CMS present in the market, for now, allow with the extensions for better ranking of website in searches. Moreover, it becomes easy to check the SEO based settings with the help of plugins and extensions. For example, WordPress as a CMS, provide you with many of the SEO plugins such as Yoast and All in One SEO and others. But in manual coding of a website, you have to do a lot of work or need some programmers to build such things for you.

End Point:

In the end, I want to make it clear, that for normal use such as for business and blogging, a CMS is the best option, but to make a website for a secret agency in a CMS can prove dangerous. CMS, created by some other organizations and persons can inject the harmful spyware or viruses in some of the plugins or extensions.
